What is the best way to get rid of cellulite? It really depends on your situation, there are medical procedures that are proven and effective but cost a small fortune. There are similarly effective treatments that cost nowhere near as much but the results are exactly the same.

Have a steady but long walk puts your body in a continuous rhythmic motion. This benefits not just the leg and thigh areas when it comes to getting rid of those cellulite but also most parts of the body from heads down; neck, shoulders, arms, back and the abdomen. Drink lots of water. This is very helpful in flushing toxins out of your body. Usually 8 glasses are recommended but you can drink more if you want.

Join aerobic classes or exercise regularly at home. You must seek expert advice about those exercises that are helpful in reducing cottage cheese appearance.

After you take a bath rinse off with cold water. This will keep your skin firm.
