Getting rid of cellulite is hard, but not impossible. Here are the simple tips to follow.

First, you need to understand what cellulite is. Cellulite is formed by fibroid masses of protein and fat that have accumulated in spaces between cells due to ineffective elimination of waste by-products through the lymphatic system.

They then harden into clumps of immovable fat that cause the dimpling.

Here are some solutions that can totally eliminate or reduce the dimples of your cellulite…

#1: A regular self-massage Use aromatherapy essential oils such as juniper, rosemary, lavender, lemon, and geranium. Massage the affected areas for at least 5 minutes each day.

Use a natural bristle brush to “scrub” the skin in gentle circular motions. This helps to eliminate dead skin, stimulate the lymphatic system, and increase blood circulation… thus helping to get rid of fat deposits… as well as enhancing your skin function.

Do this for 5 minutes a day before you take a shower.
